Wellbeing - Support Request
Overview
This module enables personnel to request wellbeing support for themself or their colleagues so that managers can respond to the request to ensure that workers wellbeing is supported.
Features
- Enable personnel to request support for themself or their colleagues in a simple form
- Form enables the submitter to choose if the request should not be shared with their manager
- Form shows the submitter who is going to be sent their request
- The submitter can select the urgency of the request which will determine notification types
- Form enables the acceptance of terms and conditions before accepting
- Managers are able to assign response plans as playbooks to respond to requests
- Managers can create investigations if more information is required for the request
- Managers can link injuries and manage return to work if require for the request
- Use analytics to monitor the type, count and days to resolve for support requests
How to Use
This module is included in the Noggin Safety product.
To use this module, add the “Wellbeing Support Requests” dashboard to a manager profile and add a “Wellbeing Support Request” object creation button to a worker dashboard.
